Write the email that gets a reply
Pick the situation, the tone and the length. You get three subject lines, a body you can edit, one clear call to action and a PS, with placeholders left visible so you notice what you have not filled in yet.

First contact with someone who does not know you. Keep it short and ask for one small thing.
Details this email needs
The template asks for these. Fill them here and the email updates; leave one empty and it stays visible as a reminder.
Six checks before you hit send
An email fails for boring reasons: a subject that gets cut, three questions nobody answers, or a placeholder you forgot to fill. These update as you type.
Six checks on the email above.
How it works
Three steps, and the text is yours. No word is generated by a model: the sentences come from structures that work in business email and your answers fill the gaps, which is why it is instant, free and private. It also means it will not invent the detail you forgot: a placeholder stays visible until you fill it.
What each situation needs
The same skeleton, different evidence. This is what the tool assembles, and what you should have ready before you write.

Frequently asked questions
- Does this use AI to write the email?
- No. It is a template engine: your answers are dropped into structures that follow how business email works, and the result is plain text you can edit. No model reads it, nothing is sent anywhere and you do not need an API key.
- Are these emails ready to send as they are?
- They are drafts with a working structure, not final copy. Fill the placeholders, check the facts and read it once out loud: only you know the history with that person. The checks flag the usual mistakes, such as a subject that will be cut or several questions in one message.
- Why is 50 characters the limit for the subject?
- Because that is roughly what a phone inbox shows before it cuts the line. The three options show their length and mark anything over 50, but nothing is blocked: a longer subject can still work on a desktop client.
- Can I use it for cold email legally?
- The tool writes the text; the permission is a separate question. In the EU you need a lawful basis to contact someone, and in the US the CAN-SPAM rules require a real identity and an easy opt-out. Do not buy lists, say who you are, and stop when someone asks you to.
- Does it work in Spanish or French?
- The wording is English. The structure (greeting, reason, one ask, short close) translates, but you would be rewriting the sentences yourself: the tool will not translate for you, and pretending otherwise would give you a worse email.
- Do you keep what I type?
- No. Everything runs in this tab with plain JavaScript: there is no request to our server and no cookie for the form. Close the tab and the draft is gone.
